Transform How You Capture, Organize, and Share Information Across Your Workspace

We're excited to announce Notes — a powerful, fully-integrated note-taking system built directly into GLINR. No more switching between apps, losing context, or hunting for that important piece of information. Everything you need is now in one place.

Why Notes?

As your workspace grows, information gets scattered. Meeting notes live in one app, project documentation in another, and those quick ideas you jotted down? Probably lost in a sea of tabs.

Notes solves this by bringing rich documentation capabilities directly into your GLINR workspace, with deep integrations to your existing projects, tasks, and team workflows.

Key Features

Rich Text Editor

  • Full-featured block-based editor with support for headings, lists, code blocks, and more

  • Slash commands for quick formatting (/heading, /code, /list)

  • Markdown shortcuts for power users

  • Inline code highlighting with syntax support for 100+ languages

Smart Organization

  • Folders: Create nested folder structures to organize notes by project, team, or topic

  • Tags: Add multiple tags for flexible cross-referencing and filtering

  • Favorites: Pin your most-used notes for instant access

  • Recent: Quick access to your latest work

Powerful Search

  • Full-text search across all your notes

  • Filter by folder, tags, date range, or author

  • Instant results as you type

Collaboration Ready

  • Control visibility: private, team, or workspace-wide

  • See who created and last edited each note

Workspace Integration

  • Link notes to projects, tasks, and other workspace items

  • Access notes from anywhere in GLINR
