- Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
- Using our platform for cryptomining without authorization
- Intercepting or eavesdropping on communications
Abuse & Harassment
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking of any person
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Threats of violence or incitement to violence
- Doxxing or publishing others' private information without consent
- Creating fake accounts for deceptive purposes
- Impersonating individuals, companies, or Glincker employees
Spam & Misleading Practices
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent
- Creating misleading or deceptive content
- Using automated tools to artificially inflate metrics
- Manipulating search rankings or engagement metrics
System Abuse
- Exceeding rate limits or fair usage quotas intentionally
- Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
- Consuming excessive resources that impact other users
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
Harmful Content
- Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
- Graphic violence or gore not justified by educational or news context
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content that facilitates or glorifies illegal activities
- Disinformation that could cause public harm

Enforcement

Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
