Security Violations

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent security controls
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without explicit authorization
• Distributing malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
• Using our platform for cryptomining without authorization
• Intercepting or eavesdropping on communications

Abuse & Harassment

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking of any person
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• Threats of violence or incitement to violence
• Doxxing or publishing others' private information without consent
• Creating fake accounts for deceptive purposes
• Impersonating individuals, companies, or Glincker employees

Spam & Misleading Practices

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without consent
• Creating misleading or deceptive content
• Using automated tools to artificially inflate metrics
• Manipulating search rankings or engagement metrics

System Abuse

• Exceeding rate limits or fair usage quotas intentionally
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services
• Consuming excessive resources that impact other users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization

Harmful Content

• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Graphic violence or gore not justified by educational or news context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that facilitates or glorifies illegal activities
• Disinformation that could cause public harm

Specific Service Restrictions

API Usage

• Respect published rate limits and quotas
• Do not share API keys or use others' credentials
• Include accurate User-Agent headers in requests
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage tracking

Document Storage

• Do not use Glincker to store illegal materials
• Do not upload malware or executable code
• Respect storage limits on your plan
• Do not use the service as a general-purpose file host

Collaboration Features

• Do not invite bots or automated accounts without approval
• Do not share workspace access with unauthorized users
• Maintain appropriate permissions for sensitive documents

Enforcement

Investigation

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Investigation may include:

• Reviewing content and account activity
• Working with law enforcement when legally required
• Using automated systems to detect violations

Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in:

1. Warning: For minor, first-time violations
2. Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
3. Account Suspension: Temporary suspension pending investigation
4. Account Termination: Permanent removal for serious or repeated violations
5. Legal Action: Civil or criminal referral where appropriate

If you believe your account was wrongly suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days. Include your account information and a detailed explanation. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The actions of any third parties you grant access to

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies when legally required. This may include:
