If you are under the age of 18, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our services under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian. This license allows us to display Your Content on our platform, promote it through various media channels, and modify it as necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal, regulatory, or technical requirements.

Limitations and Rights Reserved

While you retain ownership of Your Content, you acknowledge that Glincker has the right to remove, edit, or block any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community. Additionally, we reserve the right to take down Your Content in response to legal claims or requests, such as copyright infringement notices, or if it is found to breach any applicable laws or regulations.

You also understand and agree that by granting us this license, you waive any claims for royalties, fees, or other compensation arising from our use of Your Content as described in this section. You retain the right to delete or remove Your Content from our services at any time, subject to reasonable notice to us. However, you acknowledge that removed content may persist in backup copies or be retained for legal or operational purposes.

Feedback and Suggestions

Subscription Plans and Pricing

Free Plan (Hobby)

Glincker offers a Free Plan (previously "Hobby Plan") that provides access to limited features of our Services at no cost. The Free Plan:

Is intended for personal, non-commercial use or evaluation purposes
Includes usage limits on data storage, API calls, and certain features
Does not include priority support or SLA guarantees
May be discontinued or modified with 30 days' notice

Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans ("Pro," "Team," "Enterprise") provide additional features, higher usage limits, and enhanced support. Key terms for paid plans:

Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increases take effect for existing customers
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice
Refunds: Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your plan terms

Enterprise Agreements

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan, you may lose access to certain features and data exceeding the new plan's limits. We recommend exporting any important data before downgrading.

Customer Name

Glincker reserves the right to identify you as a customer of our services and to use your name and logo in marketing and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be identified as a customer, please notify us in writing.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination:

Your access to the Services will end immediately
Any prepaid fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Your Content will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export, then deleted

Termination by Glincker

We may terminate or suspend your account:

For Cause: Immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws
For Convenience: With 30 days' written notice for any reason
For Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date

Data Export and Portability

Before or within 30 days after termination, you may request an export of Your Content in a machine-readable format. We support data portability in accordance with GDPR Article 20 and the EU Data Act. Survival

The following sections survive termination: Your Content (license provisions), Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
