Quick Summary

  • Subprocessors are third-party services we use to help provide Glincker to you.
  • We use AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments, and a few other essential services listed below.
  • All subprocessors are vetted for security and sign data processing agreements with us.
  • Data locations vary by subprocessor. Most are in the US or EU with appropriate safeguards.
  • We notify customers 30 days before adding new subprocessors (for DPA customers).
  • You can object to new subprocessors within 30 days. See our DPA for details.

Subprocessors

We partner with a small set of trusted service providers to support the delivery and performance of Glincker. Below is a current list of third-party subprocessors that may process customer data on our behalf.

Vercel

  • Purpose: Server hosting & edge deployment
  • Location: United States

PlanetScale

  • Purpose: Relational database (MySQL)
  • Location: United States

Tinybird

  • Purpose: Analytics infrastructure (ClickHouse SQL)
  • Location: United States

Upstash

  • Purpose: Redis caching and queuing

Cloudflare

  • Purpose: CDN, DDoS protection, and image delivery
  • Location: Global

Stripe

  • Purpose: Payment processing

  • Purpose: Transactional email delivery

Plain

  • Purpose: Customer support and ticketing
